CTH Level 2 · 99 Credits
An entry point into the global cruise industry — combining hands-on cruise skills training with a 4-month industry placement. Eight units covering cruise ship operations, F&B service, culinary theory, cruise housekeeping, and a second language module (Spanish or French).
Duration: 315 GLH (990 TQT) + 4-month placement
Eligibility: 16+, IELTS 4.5 / equivalent
CTH Level 2 Certificate
A specialist credential covering cocktail preparation, mixology, customer service, bar operations and responsible service. Pairs naturally with our flagship Bartending Academy programmes.

CTH Level 2 Award · 3 Units
A hands-on Award for those starting a career in food & beverage service. Three units: customer service skills, restaurant & bar service 1, restaurant & bar service 2. Can be studied standalone or alongside higher CTH Management programmes.

CTH qualifications are open-access. Most programmes recommend a minimum age of 16. The Level 2 Diploma in Cruise Hospitality Services requires reasonable English fluency (IELTS 4.5 equivalent). For other CTH programmes, English is required for assessments. Specific Indian eligibility criteria such as 12th-pass may apply — please contact admissions to confirm.
The CTH Level 2 Diploma in Cruise Hospitality Services runs across 315 Guided Learning Hours (990 hours total qualification time) plus a 4-month industry placement. CTH operates five exam periods per year globally. Most Level 2 Awards are assessed through one observed practical examination plus one synoptic examination. The Cruise Diploma includes both practical assessments and a 4-month placement.
